Free Shipping on Orders over $75
Any order for more than $75.00 receives free shipping, which is automatically deducted when you check-out.  (Free shipping is available only for orders shipped within the US.)

Samples
With every order for tea, we always include a complimentary sample of another tea of our choice as our way of introducing you to more of our tea collection, as well as to say ”thank you” for your business.

Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.  You should receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped.  For orders shipped within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail.  International orders are shipped by either FedEx or UPS. 

Sending an Order as a Gift
We’ll gladly ship your order as a gift to someone else.  Simply include the recipient’s name, address and any message you would like enclosed for them in the “comments” box when you check-out.  Be sure your billing address and phone number are included in the main portion of the check-out process.  (We can only ship to one address per order.  Please place separate orders for each recipient, or contact us directly for orders to multiple addresses.)

Sales Tax
Tea is treated as food and is not taxed.  Gifts and accessories are not taxable when shipped to states other than New Mexico.  Gifts and accessories are subject to sales tax only when shipped within New Mexico.

Privacy
We keep all customer information totally private.  In addition, our Secure Server automatically protects customer information that is processed on-line with any order.
