Free Shipping on Orders over $75
Any order of $75.00 or more automatically ships for free. Shipping charges for qualifying orders are deducted automatically during the checkout process. (Free shipping is available only for orders shipped within the US.)
First Class Shipping May Also Be Available
Currently, the only shipping option available to select during checkout is Priority Mail (this is a constraint of our website host that we are unable to change). If you wish to order only one item, we may be able to ship it using First Class Mail for a significant drop in shipping cost. If your order is able to ship by First Class Mail, we will gladly do so and issue a refund to you for the difference in cost. Only packages weighing less than 16 ounces qualify to ship by First Class Mail, so most orders with two or more items must ship by Priority Mail. If your order qualifies to ship First Class Mail and you would like us to do so, simply mention this in the “Notes / Additional Info” section during checkout. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we package your order and create a shipping label.
With every order we include a complimentary sample of tea as our way of introducing you to more of our tea collection, as well as to say “thank you” for your business. If you would like a specific tea sent as a sample, please mention it in the “Notes / Additional Info” section during checkout.
Processing Times and Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. We can send orders for delivery to a PO Box since we use the US Postal Service for shipping.
Sending an Order as a Gift
We’ll gladly ship your order as a gift to someone else. Simply include the recipient’s name and address in the "Ship To" section as you checkout. Please be sure YOUR name and contact information are in the "Payment" section so we can reach you easily if we have questions. There's also a section for "Notes / Additional Info" where you can include your message to be printed on a note card we'll enclose for the recipient. Don’t forget to include your name as part of the gift message so the recipient will know it is from you. (We can only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for multiple gifts.)
Orders placed on our website are not taxable when shipped to states other than New Mexico. All orders shipped within the state of New Mexico are subject to sales tax, which is automatically calculated and added to the total during the checkout process.
We keep all customer information absolutely private. No customer information will be shared with anyone outside of ArtfulTea. In addition, our Secure Server automatically protects customer information that is processed on-line with any order. Payments that are made to ArtfulTea through Stripe are completely protected by Stripe (no credit card information is shared with ArtfulTea during or after the payment process).
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products and wish to make a return, please contact us directly for return shipping instructions and to receive any refund that may be due.
